Josette Grech graduated as a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) from the University of Malta in 2003. She graduated B.A. (Law and English) in 2000 and obtained the Diploma of a Notary Public in 2001.
Josette furthered her studies at the University of Malta and was awarded, summa cum laude, a Magister Juris degree in European Law submitting in partial fulfilment of her degree a thesis entitled "The Extraterritorial Reach of EC Competition Law". Her main areas of study in the course were EU Intellectual Property Law and EU Competition Law. Josette was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2004 and since then has practised litigation in the Courts of Malta and Gozo.
Josette first joined Guido de Marco and Associates as a trainee in 2001 and as an associate after obtaining her warrant.
