Fiorella de Marco is a partner of the firm and heads the Civil Law department.
She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Malta in 1979. She furthered her studies in jurisprudence and graduated in Law in 1991. Fiorella obtained her Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Malta in 1993.
She was called to the Bar in March 1994 and joined Guido de Marco and Associates in the same year. Fiorella also obtained a Diploma in Canonical Marriages: Cases and Jurisprudence in December 1994.
Fiorella’s main area of practice is in Civil Law. She is regarded as one of Malta’s most reputable ‘family law’ lawyers. She is also active in Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Resolution. Fiorella holds the position of director on a number of private companies. She is retained as legal advisor to one of Malta’s leading Architect and Engineering Firms.
