Guido de Marco & Associates is a medium sized law firm with a diversified business and litigation practice.

Our firm has over fifty years of experience serving a broad range of client interests. The Law Firm was founded in the early 1960s by Professor Guido de Marco who is widely recognised as having been Malta's most prominent lawyer and human rights activist in the 1970s and 1980s. Professor de Marco served as Malta's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs. In 1991, Professor de Marco was, moreover, appointed to serve as President of the United Nations General Assembly in New York. He also served as President of the Republic of Malta until 2003, after being elected by Parliament to the post in 1999 for a five-year term. Another founding partner of the firm is Dr. Joseph Said Pullicino, a specialist in Civil and Commercial Law, who later served as Chief Justice of the Courts of Malta.
